Rental Space Includes:
Capacity: 150 people.
Tables, chairs, raised stage, power access, wifi, wheelchair accessibility.
Well-equipped kitchen and bar with 1 microwave, 1 full fridge, 1 stand-up freezer, 1 fridge-freezer combo, 2 kitchen stoves, 2 coffee makers, 2 percolators and a kettle.
Roomy entryway and coatroom.
Rates for Fulton Place Community League Members:
$300 Friday or Saturday (full day only, no hourly).
$375 Full weekend (Friday to Sunday).
$30/hr Sunday - Thursday (minimum 4 hour rental) or $300 for the full day, no further discounts for members on hourly rate.

$375 Friday or Saturday (full day only, no hourly).
$500 Full weekend (Friday to Sunday).
$30/hr Sunday - Thursday (minimum 4 hour rental) or $300 for the full day.
Deposits and Liability
All bookings require a non-refundable $50 rental deposit fee, paid upon booking, that will be applied towards the hall rental fee. The deposit can be paid with cash, cheque, or e-transfer.
All bookings require a $300 damage deposit. This payment is preferable in a cheque to avoid making arrangements to return cash.
You are responsible for set-up and clean-up.
You are responsible for obtaining a liquor license if alcohol is on premise. Learn more about AGLC licenses here.
